TLDR; The Mobile Order and Pay Product Detail Page was redesigned for Android, iOS, and Web. I oversaw both the nutrition redesign and the full Web update, enhancing nutritional transparency, simplifying customizations, and refreshing the UI, which led to increased ticket sales, add-to-cart rates, and customization levels.

Customizations have traditionally boosted Starbucks' revenue, as customers who customize tend to do so more often. However, the current Product Page (PDP) has created an overwhelming experience, causing anxiety about drink quality and lacking nutritional transparency, which doesn't align with Starbucks' brand standards. Additionally, the web, Android, and iOS experiences differ, complicating experimentation.
